We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as makeup and contact lenses can only be returned unopened and sealed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Used or opened products.

Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

Personalized or special-order items.
How to Return

Within 14 days, send an email to info@royalroseparfumerie.nl with your order number and reason for return.

After approval, you will receive instructions for the return address.

Pack the product securely to prevent transport damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
